Here comes the summer...
Hey my peepettes,
The summer is finally here and i am sooo stoked...So far ive been shopping of course; once in Croydon( i know aka Chavdon but the shopping is good and blame my parents for making it my hometown-o and for the record i am not a chav) and up to London i went specifically too my old friend Oxford Street and to my new friend Camden town. It was really kl there i went to some vintage stores and the markets but didn't manage to buy anything but i made up for that on Oxford Street. I think i went in and out of Topshop about 5 times before i finally decided yes i should buy the cutest white pumps from faith ever!! they have ribbon on them which u tie up like ballet shoes-so cute. Then i went in to Urban Outfitters and bought the cutest(i use that word way too much) pinafore polka dot top, i love love love it. I wanted a dress like that but for now i'll settle for the top.
Today I chilled with my BFF and watched Season 1 of The OC continuously. I'm so nostalgic. It was actually really poignant and sad to watch knowing that Marissa Cooper is no longer with us...tear. Neway before i start going off in a tangent, on a lighter and brighter note i might be going up to Brighton tomorrow- which is always fun(even though i haven't been in like 10 years.) but to people my age it seems like the place to b, i dunno.
Im actually really pissed off atm cos i wanted to go to Reading Festival sooo badly and tickets sold out before i could even log on to the computer. I entered every single competiton on XFM to get tickets and nothing. The Futureheads, Maximo Park, Mystery Jets, Guillemots, Dashboard, Kaisers, Belle and Sebastian, The Subways, The arctic monkeys, The Kooks, Milburn, The Automatic(i touched Pennie's body and face!!-its his surname ok.) and sooo many more awesome bands i could see if i had tickets. Panic! at the disco are there too but i'm seeing them at Brixton-which should be kl, i mean there not my favourite band but a gigs a gig. O and speaking of my favourite band, The Killers are back!! Yay its been too long, hot fuss was a kick arse album and i can't wait for the next one after hearing their new single "When you were young"-its outstanding.
One tree hill is back on E4, im loving the new series...its kind of like my teen drama distraction until The OC comes back on. What really annoyed me though was that it comes on, on a Sunday at 7pm and wasn't even advertised...wonder why? Britain's Next Top Model is back on our screens on the 24th, which is kl cs even though its not as good as America's it all happens in the centre of the universe, London. Until then, im enjoying this season of Laguna Beach even though we're not seeing much of LC, Lauren or Steeephen.
Back to more compulsive XFM listening, Pink is the new blog reading and Green and Black's ice cream eating...
